RYAN KERRISON

Ryan is a senior creative leader with a deep understanding of translating business objectives into both pitching and executing engaging multi-platform campaigns. He has just finished a 6-month creative consulting role with EY on their new wavespace group, focussed on helping them build beyond their innovative brand relationships into campaign strategies. He is currently working with various motorsports brands for the 2019 F1 and F2 World Championships.

With an education in Economics and a passion for filmmaking, Ryan has self-funded and sold two creative production companies in both the UK and US. And prior to co-founding Flat Out, was VP of Production at Allied Integrated Marketing. His in-depth knowledge and international experience of platforms within 360-degree campaigns allows him to demonstrate the effectiveness of unique and key talent.

James is a senior entrepreneur driven by the desire to uncover and navigate the unseen challenges that prevent businesses and brands from entering new markets or overcoming growth plateaus. With over 10 years of experience in luxury and international trade, spanning multiple countries, and a strong background in brand creation, he has developed a wealth of expertise across diverse sectors.

Armed with a degree in Business Studies, James excels at translating consumer trends into actionable, coherent marketing strategies that resonate at both brand and organizational levels. His ability to build and nurture impactful global relationships, while maintaining a commitment to sustainable business practices, has deepened his influence in today’s dynamic market landscape.
